1. About these terms
Saudi IPO (saudi-ipo.com) is a free guide run by Bader Aloqayli in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the site or subscribing to the newsletter you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Information, not advice
The readiness check, the guides, the calendar, the tracker and the newsletter are general information built from official Capital Market Authority and Saudi Exchange sources. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and they do not guarantee that a company can list or will be approved. The Arabic official texts prevail. Check the linked official source and take advice from a licensed professional before you act.
3. Using the site
Use it lawfully and give true information in the forms. Do not try to break, overload or copy the site automatically in a way that harms it, and do not use it to send spam or to contact people who have not agreed to it.
4. The newsletter
It is free. To receive it you must accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, then open the confirmation link we email you. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in an issue.
